Ridhiviaanh is a curated platform that connects travellers with verified, handpicked service providers across Himachal Pradesh — trek operators, accommodation hosts, cafés, and local experiences. We do not own or operate these services directly. We curate, verify, and connect.
The legal relationship for the actual service — a trek, a room, a café experience — is between the customer and the independent partner. Ridhiviaanh reserves the right to remove any partner who falls below our quality standard.
Every listed partner is assessed before being published, including:
Ridhiviaanh monitors partner quality through customer feedback and reserves the right to delist any partner at any time.
Ridhiviaanh earns through commissions or subscription fees charged to service partners. Customers are never charged a hidden platform fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
All listed service providers are independent operators — not employees or agents of Ridhiviaanh. We do not direct or control their day-to-day operations.
Ridhiviaanh is currently in its founding phase. All pricing displayed is inclusive of applicable charges. Upon GST registration, tax components will be disclosed at checkout.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation reference by Ridhiviaanh. Enquiries, WhatsApp messages, and verbal commitments do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Incomplete or unpaid bookings are released after a hold window of up to 10 minutes.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Ridhiviaanh does not store card details, bank account numbers, or UPI credentials.
Ridhiviaanh collects payment from the customer and settles the net amount with the partner after service delivery. Never pay a partner directly for a service booked through this platform.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp directly to Ridhiviaanh. Cancellations communicated only to the partner are not valid. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
Ridhiviaanh may cancel or modify any service for safety, partner unavailability, or force majeure. In such cases a full refund or rescheduled slot will be offered. No additional compensation is payable.
Ridhiviaanh is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or infrastructure failure.
By completing a booking, each customer confirms:
Ridhiviaanh reserves the right to deny service or remove a participant without refund if these responsibilities are breached.
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law:
Ridhiviaanh does not provide travel, health, accident, or rescue insurance. Customers are strongly advised to arrange independent insurance before travel, particularly for high-altitude trekking and adventure activities. The cost of rescue, evacuation, or emergency medical treatment is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Ridhiviaanh collects personal information — name, phone, email, and booking details — solely to confirm and manage bookings, communicate updates, and improve the platform.
All platform content — the Ridhiviaanh name, logo, photography, written content, route descriptions, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ridhiviaanh Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
All partners agree to:
Partners who breach these obligations may be suspended or permanently removed.

Ridhiviaanh reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
